This time, Perrier-Jouët collaborates with Oak Door, a steakhouse at Grand Hyatt Tokyo with an expansive terrace. At this venue, a "Grand Brunch" featuring free-flowing Champagne has been curated for weekends and holidays.

The menu features an order-buffet of about 10 appetizers, including mini truffle burgers, grilled shrimp a la ajillo, and smoked salmon bagels, allowing you to choose as many as you like. You can also select one of five main dishes and choose your desserts freely, making for a delightful experience.

The free-flow selection includes "Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut," described by Perrier-Jouët's Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps as "the perfect cuvée that represents the maison's style." Additionally, wines, original cocktails, beers, and soft drinks are available.
