Since its founding in 1811, Perrier Jouët has upheld tradition and craftsmanship, creating delicate and elegant Champagnes. Pioneering the release of dry and vintage Champagnes, the maison grew into a venerable establishment through its uncompromising attention to detail and skill. It captivated artists of the eras of Queen Victoria and Napoleon III.
The limited cuvée being released this time, "Perrier Jouët Belle Epoque Edition Première 2007," is a special bottling created by Hervé Deschamps, the seventh Chef de Caves, inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms.
Its taste is floral and elegant, a fusion of the finesse and freshness derived from the maison's prized Grand Cru Chardonnay, with a subtle hint of Pinot Noir. The pairing with delicate spring ingredients is exceptional. Furthermore, the combination of anemones, painted by Émile Gallé, a leading Art Nouveau artist, and the pale pink bottle, heralds the arrival of a vibrant spring.

And now, a special space where one can experience the world of Perrier Jouët, including "Perrier Jouët Belle Epoque Edition Première 2007," with all five senses has temporarily opened at Andaz Tokyo in Toranomon. Guests can appreciate the Champagne while engaging with art inspired by Perrier Jouët.
At the BeBu lounge on the first floor, photographs taken by photographer Asako Shimizu, inspired by "Perrier Jouët Belle Epoque Edition Première 2007," are on display. Additionally, a pairing set specially created by Executive Chef Gerhard Passrugger to complement the Champagne can be enjoyed.
Meanwhile, at the rooftop bar on the 52nd floor, offering panoramic views of Tokyo, the work of Dutch artist Toon van de Ven will be unveiled in Japan for the first time. "The Enchanting Tree," created for Perrier Jouët, resembles blooming flowers.
"Perrier Jouët Belle Epoque Edition Première 2007" is a Champagne to be savored while enjoying cherry blossoms, of course at Andaz Tokyo. On any occasion, this special Champagne will undoubtedly celebrate those who cherish the spring season.
