An exclusive dinner event, 'Art of Dining,' will feature six chefs from Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo's acclaimed restaurants—spanning traditional Edomae sushi, French, Italian, and Cantonese cuisine—showcasing their skills for a select group of just eight guests. The event will be held on February 20th (Friday) at the hotel's Tapas Molecular Bar on the 38th floor.

Art of Dining is a dynamic dinner event where guests can savor the inspired creations of six chefs from Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo's distinguished restaurants, including Sushi Sola, Signature, Sense, Keshiki, and Pizza Bar on 38th. This time, the chosen venue is Tapas Molecular Bar, celebrated for its sophisticated ambiance and the captivating, almost laboratory-like, culinary theatre it offers.

The enticing course menu begins with seasonal sashimi and nigiri, followed by dishes such as mozzarella pizza, salmon with caviar, and Peking duck. Guests can indulge in a diverse culinary journey within a single dinner, experiencing everything from authentic Edomae sushi and classic French, Italian, and Cantonese fare to innovative, bite-sized molecular gastronomy.
