EAT | Limited to 200 pieces! Special Design Anniversary Plate Announced


Park Hyatt Tokyo and Paul Smith Collaborate



To commemorate its 20th anniversary, Park Hyatt Tokyo has created an anniversary plate in collaboration with British fashion designer Paul Smith. Starting December 1st (Monday), it will be presented to the first 200 couples celebrating a birthday or anniversary at New York Grill.

Inspired by the Tokyo sky viewed from the hotel's top-floor restaurant



Paul Smith, who is a frequent guest at Park Hyatt Tokyo, enjoys observing the restaurant from his favorite seat at New York Grill, located on the hotel's top floor, whenever he visits.




Paul Smith has created a plate inspired by New York Grill to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Park Hyatt Tokyo. The design features an impressive blue, reminiscent of the Tokyo sky and clouds, visible from the open, floor-to-ceiling windows of New York Grill.

Paul Smith, who said, "I am deeply honored to have been able to create this anniversary plate," commented as follows:

"The anniversary plate is very simple, but I added a touch of design to give it a special feel. I designed it with the intention that the food on the plate remains the star, without excessive decoration."

This plate is a limited edition of 200 pieces produced by the Italian ceramic manufacturer Richard Ginori. Starting December 1st (Monday), it will be presented to the first 200 couples who order the "Central Park" dinner course at New York Grill and are celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

Two types of dinner courses are available: a 4-course and a 5-course option. The campaign will end once the planned number of plates have been distributed.
