"THE WORKS," a renovation of a 45-year-old building, opens in Nakameguro

In Nakameguro, a hub for creative individuals, the mixed-use facility "THE WORKS" opened on Saturday, November 15th. This facility, a renovation of a 45-year-old warehouse and office building, integrates a restaurant, coffee bar, community lounge, and even a co-working space. On weekends, the 70-tsubo community lounge transforms into a wedding space

"THE WORKS" = "Works of art"In other words, "THE WORKS" is a community space where the people who spend time here become "works of art." It has opened along the Meguro River in Nakameguro.

"THE WORKS," a 45-year-old building, has been given an exterior design reminiscent of a renovated hotel in New York. The first floor houses a restaurant and coffee bar, and the second floor features a spacious 70-tsubo community lounge, both produced and operated by TRANSIT CREW. The third floor is home to the office of LINE-INC, which handled the exterior and interior design of THE WORKS, while the fourth and fifth floors consist of co-working spaces. A sky terrace extends across the rooftop.

The first-floor restaurant, named "Stall" after the Japanese word for a street stall, is "Stall restaurant for catering and gathering." It opens at 11 AM for lunch. Guests can choose from "Gathering," a shared-style meal, "Chilling," served plate by plate, or "Tasting," where they can enjoy the chef's daily special. These daily menus seem poised to guide us toward the recommended tastes and experiences at Stall.

The coffee bar "The Workers coffee/bar," open from 8 AM, serves coffee blended by "Little Nap COFFEE STAND," a well-kept secret in Yoyogi-Uehara. It can be enjoyed with breakfast options. From 6 PM, it transitions into a bar.

The second-floor community lounge is available for space rentals for exhibitions, photo shoots, and events. On weekends, it collaborates with the first-floor restaurant to transform into a wedding space, offering unique wedding ceremonies and party concepts tailored to each couple.
