Their commitment to wine is stringent, sourcing only from winemakers who use minimal or no chemical fertilizers in their grape cultivation. Some even employ biodynamic farming methods, incorporating celestial movements into their wine production.

The menu offers authentic French home-style dishes made with organic ingredients from Japan. While rillettes typically bring pork to mind, this establishment serves a seafood rillette made with sardines, cucumber, and lime. The daily quiche, made with seasonal ingredients available that day, is also addictively delicious. Other offerings include house-made terrines and a selection of French cheeses. Don't miss the crème caramel, made from Chloe's mother's secret recipe, or the healthy seasonal plum dessert.
