Palace Hotel Tokyo Hosts "La Pyramide Special Tasting Event"
We are pleased to announce a special visit to Japan by Patrick Henriroux, owner and chef of the two-Michelin-starred "La Pyramide" in Vienne, France. The "La Pyramide Special Tasting Event," featuring his culinary artistry, will be held over two days: Friday, November 14th, and Saturday, November 15th.

"La Pyramide" is renowned for nurturing numerous distinguished chefs, including French culinary giants Alain Chapel and Paul Bocuse. Located in Vienne, south of Lyon, France, it is a celebrated French restaurant cherished by gourmands worldwide as a "temple of gastronomy."
Patrick Henriroux took the helm as owner and chef of "La Pyramide" in 1989 and earned two Michelin stars within just three years. He has maintained these stars for 22 consecutive years and also serves as vice-president of Relais Gourmand within the Relais & Châteaux group, positioning him as a leading figure in the French culinary world.
Furthermore, in 2003, he was appointed culinary technical advisor for "Crown," the French restaurant at the former Palace Hotel, where he has provided recipes and culinary guidance.
