From October 27 (Wed) to November 1 (Mon), 2021, Japan's premier Champagne festival, 'Noël à la Mode,' is taking place for a limited time. Ruinart is presenting a booth with a sustainable concept at this grand event. Original gift sets available only here, along with limited-edition food pairing menus, will also be featured.

'Noël à la Mode' is Japan's largest Champagne event, held annually around December at Isetan Shinjuku. It offers a wide selection of Champagnes, from standard offerings to those specially imported for the event, catering to both beginners and connoisseurs.

This year, Ruinart is exhibiting a booth with a sustainable concept. You can purchase Champagne with the newly unveiled sustainable gift package, 'Second Skin.' Additionally, four types of Champagne, a limited-edition high-end gastronomy food pairing menu 'Ruinart x naoto.K Mariage Coffret' created for this event, and a gift set with an original hamper, limited to 20 per day, 'Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Second Skin Hamper Set,' are available.

The 'Ruinart x naoto.K Mariage Coffret' is a takeout box filled with appetizers designed by Naoto Kishimoto, owner and chef of naoto.K, a French restaurant with strong ties to Ruinart. The pairings include 'Petit choux with white truffle honey and Roquefort' for Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, 'Smoked scallop and persimmon tartare' for Ruinart Rosé, 'Foie gras confit chou farci' for Dom Ruinart 2007, and 'Burrata cheese, tomato, and raspberry marinade' for Dom Ruinart Rosé 2007. These four items are packed into one takeout box and sold in limited quantities daily.

Chef Kishimoto is scheduled to visit the Ruinart booth on October 30 (Sat) and November 1 (Mon) from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with Chef Kishimoto there. We recommend asking him about the allure of Ruinart.

The 'Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Second Skin Hamper Set' includes one bottle of 'Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Second Skin,' one 'Ruinart original candle' or 'Ruinart bottle stopper,' and snacks selected by Chef Kishimoto, all presented in a rattan basket. This package is recommended as a holiday gift, ready to be taken home.

The booth utilizes natural and recyclable materials. Inside the shop, the official 'Second Skin' movie is screened, and an introduction to Ruinart's sustainability initiatives is also on display.
