Introducing the day-use plan "LA GRANDE DAME ROOM," where guests can savor a pairing of "Veuve Clicquot LA GRANDE DAME 2012" with a special lunch created by a Michelin-recognized chef. This exclusive offer is available for a limited time until Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Veuve Clicquot's proposal for this summer is an extraordinary short trip to spend rich moments with loved ones.
Kyoto Yura Hotel Nijo Castle Bettei M Gallery is an exclusive luxury hotel nestled in a quiet streetscape near Nijo Castle, one of Kyoto's premier tourist attractions. The hotel features a mysterious ambiance throughout, where Japanese and Western styles are creatively fused, offering a modern and sophisticated design and art experience. With a concept of "refined extraordinary," it provides the finest moments with heartfelt hospitality.
In the spacious rooms of 40m² or more at Kyoto Yura Hotel Nijo Castle Bettei M Gallery, Chef Okubo of the hotel's French restaurant "Singular Magane" has prepared dishes using an abundance of seasonal vegetables from across Japan, exclusively for this plan. This creates a magnificent pairing with the top cuvée, "La Grande Dame."
"Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame" is the top cuvée dedicated to Madame Clicquot, who guided Veuve Clicquot to become a great Champagne house. Inspired by its delicate aromas and a taste that combines strength and elegance, the head chef, a Michelin-starred chef, has produced dishes using carefully selected ingredients.
