Hokkaido's climate, with its long summer daylight hours and low rainfall, resembles that of Europe, where wine production thrives. In recent years, this natural environment has been leveraged to foster a burgeoning wine industry.

TOMAMU Wine House, newly opened on the resort's Hotaru Street, is a wine bar specializing in Hokkaido's natural wines, produced using meticulous methods. Natural wines are crafted with minimal chemical additives, relying on nature's influence, and are known for vividly expressing the character of the land and the vintner. Here, you might discover wines rarely found elsewhere.

The wine bar features 16 types of wine available from its dispensers. You can enjoy even a small 30mL pour, making it easy to find your favorites. For those eager to explore Hokkaido's wine scene, the "16 Full Tastings" option offers unlimited sampling of all 16 wines. Additionally, 50 different wines from 25 wineries across Hokkaido are available by the bottle.

The wines are paired with Mascarpone cheese produced by Farm Hoshino, located on the Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU grounds. The creamy cheese enhances the fruity notes of red wines and can be enjoyed in a delightful marriage with the house-made breads and crackers sold at the bar.
