Tex-Mex: The Culinary Concept

Step inside, and you're greeted by a chic, sophisticated space reminiscent of central New York or London. The name "TUSK," meaning ivory in English, is inspired by the 1979 album of the rock band Fleetwood Mac. Just as the album's tracks have a beat, the bar aims to be accessible and beloved by a wide range of ages with its solid, classic appeal, while also embodying the "strength" of ivory as its concept.

Inside, wooden furniture, including iconic stools by French furniture designer Jean Prouvé, complements the limestone walls, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Adjacent to the bar are a DJ space and a VIP area, where a state-of-the-art sound system and two large paintings by artist Masashi Ozawa welcome guests.



A variety of music fills the air depending on the time of day: downtempo lounge music in the early evening, a blend of old-school rhythms and upbeat electronic music at night, all contributing to a sophisticated ambiance. Late at night, a DJ further energizes the space. While regular events featuring world-renowned DJs are planned, there will also be opportunities for emerging domestic artists to showcase their talents.



The drink menu features a diverse array of cocktails, including vodka martinis with a yuzu twist, blueberry mojitos, and mandarin sours. Highlights include rare vodkas and gins sourced from around the world, premium champagnes, and a curated wine selection. The fresh and exciting food menu is based on the Tex-Mex style, offering dishes like nachos, jalapeño popcorn, fish and chips with chipotle tartar, and fresh tortillas.

TUSK is poised to be more than just a bar; it's a venue suited for events and after-parties. With its bold concept embracing "simplicity," the "strength" of ivory, and "the changing times," this bar is set to bring a fresh breeze to Tokyo's nightlife scene.
