Savor the Marriage of Port, Sherry, and Seasonal Ingredients

Founded in London in 1790, Sandeman has been cherished across generations. In Japan, the brand offers eight varieties: three types of Port, four types of Sherry, and one Madeira. It is widely enjoyed in French cuisine, from appetizers to main courses and desserts.

This "Sandeman Prime Restaurant Week" features six leading French chefs from Tokyo: Toshio Nakano, owner-chef of "Au Provencal" in Kōjimachi; Hideki Okamoto, owner-chef of "Le Mouvement Okamoto" in Minami-Aoyama; Yasuyuki Takara, chef de cuisine of "Ginza L'Écrin"; Ryuta Iizuka, owner-chef of "Restaurant Ryuzu" in Roppongi; Hiromichi Kodama, owner-chef of "Restaurant Hiromichi" in Ebisu; and Shohei Shitano, owner-chef of "A nu, le trouver, c'est vous" in Hiroo. They have created pairings of Sandeman with their cuisine.

The chefs have selected two types from the four available: "Ruby Port" with its rich fruitiness, "White Port" which offers a natural sweetness despite its dryness, "Tawny Port" aged in oak barrels, and the dry Sherry "Fino." Each restaurant will present a unique Sandeman Special Aperitif service, paired with the chef's signature exquisite dishes.

These special menus, conceived by renowned chefs to showcase the essence of Sandeman, offer a chance to indulge in a blissful moment with seasonal ingredients, enhanced by Sandeman.
