Grand Hyatt Tokyo Unveils a Luxurious Summer Terrace Plan
Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi introduces a "Summer Terrace Plan" where guests can savor champagne and beer while enjoying a refreshing breeze. Starting June 1st, three distinct plans are available, each leveraging the unique characteristics of the hotel's restaurants.

Roppongi's Summer, Experienced Through Three Distinct Plans
At the all-day dining restaurant "French Kitchen," the terrace-exclusive plan "La Terrasse ~ Summer Provence BBQ" is now available. On the open-air terrace, reminiscent of a South of France resort, guests can indulge in an authentic French BBQ dinner with a glass of chilled sparkling wine. This year, a plan offering unlimited Veuve Clicquot champagne is also featured.
Steakhouse "Oak Door" hosts its "Summer Beer Garden" on a secluded terrace, offering unlimited drinks and grilled dishes. Not only are drinks free-flowing, but guests can also enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of eight finger foods perfectly paired with drinks for 90 minutes. The drink menu includes beer, organic wines (red and white), as well as Bloody Mary and White Sangria.
Meanwhile, Edomae sushi restaurant "Rokuryu" opens its "Wa Terrace," a first for a sushi restaurant terrace in a Tokyo hotel. Guests can savor Hokkaido's seasonal uni and hairy crab, along with Edomae sushi, while enjoying the summer night breeze with the "Hokkaido Delights and Craft Beer" plan. The plan features five types of craft beer from various regions of Japan, updated every two months for a total of ten varieties, all perfectly complementing the sushi. A happy hour is also available on weekdays. We invite you to experience the exquisite marriage of Japanese cuisine and beer.
