The concept and drink menu for "UA BAR" are overseen by "FUGLEN," a long-established coffee bar founded in Oslo, Norway, in 1963. You can enjoy world-class coffee and authentic cocktails in a classic and masculine space.

Fuglen is a coffee bar that the NY Times described as "The best in the world. Worth flying across the ocean to try." While it's a coffee haven during the day, it transforms into a sophisticated cocktail bar at night. Its design, with concepts of "Espresso Bar," "Cocktail Bar," and "Vintage Design," has also received high acclaim, including the "Design of Excellence Award" from the Norwegian Design Council in 2011.

Furthermore, the operations of "UA BAR" are handled by "TRANSIT GENERAL OFFICE," which has produced numerous projects ranging from popular cafes and restaurants to hotels and office spaces.

The food menu is supervised by "JIYUGAOKA BAKESHOP," a popular cafe that opened in Jiyugaoka in 2009. It features a diverse gastropub menu perfect for enjoying with drinks, as well as satisfying lunch options that are also available for takeout.
