A Pure Aroma, Intricately Layered Like an Orchestra

Founded in the early 1900s in theChampagneregion of France, Salon is known for its meticulous production process. The house withholds production in years when the grape harvest is poor, and only crafts its Champagne using the first press juice of the finest Chardonnay grapes when exceptional quality is achieved. Consequently, Salon has only released its Champagne a little over 30 times since its inception, earning it the moniker of "mythical Champagne" due to its extreme rarity.

Furthermore, while the typical aging period for Champagne is around three years, Salon is aged for approximately ten years. Salon 2002 marks the commemorative first vintage of the 21st century.

This Champagne, born from a long maturation, possesses a deep golden hue and an effervescent aroma. Upon tasting, it reveals a pure, intricately layered bouquet reminiscent of orange blossom and candied citrus fruits, akin to an orchestra.

Salon 2002, the pinnacle of Champagne from the acclaimed 2002 vintage, is a testament to meticulous care. This Champagne, with its powerful yet delicate flavor and elegant effervescence, is a masterpiece destined to be celebrated.
