The "Ginza Honeybee Project," launched on March 28, 2006 (Honeybee Day), aims to create new value originating from Ginza and promote environmental conservation. Matsuya Ginza participates in this project, supporting it through initiatives like its rooftop garden and the commercialization of original "honey sweets."

This season, we aim to provide a space for women returning from work to relax, refresh, and enhance their beauty. With this vision, a "beauty-enhancing beer garden" for sophisticated women has opened at "Soraniwa Ginza" on the rooftop of Matsuya Ginza, available from Saturday, June 15th to Monday, September 30th.

The menu features drinks and food made with Ginza honey, rich in beauty-boosting vitamins and minerals, alongside healthy options like vegetable BBQ, all designed with women in mind.

Embracing the theme of "beautifying from within," the offerings include set menus abundant with fresh vegetables, as well as à la carte items such as the "Ginza Honey Fluffy Shaved Ice Sundae" (¥1,200) and "Ginza Honey HONEY COCKTAIL" (¥800).

The interior is unified with natural decor, creating a space reminiscent of a resort. Within this refined atmosphere, where women can feel comfortable and welcome, we invite you to savor dishes made with the unique "Ginza honey," a taste you'll rarely find elsewhere.
