It is crafted using the traditional method, the same as Champagne, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes at the winery in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia's coolest wine region. It offers a complex and rich flavor profile, with fresh fruit notes of citrus blossoms, pear, and nectarine, complemented by aromas of toasted nuts and spices, leading to a long, dry finish.
