From Conrad Tokyo's Japanese restaurant "Kazahana," the takeout Hanami bento box "Ibuki" (meaning 'breath' or 'vitality') is now available, with a limit of 5 servings per day. It will be sold until Sunday, April 21st. This luxurious bento, a testament to the chef's skill, promises to be a delightful treat for cherry blossom viewing or as a souvenir.

Twelve Exquisite Appetizers, Tai Meshi Rice, and More – A Feast for the Senses!
This bento box from "Kazahana" makes its annual appearance during the cherry blossom season. Responding to customer requests for a takeout option, Head Chef Inaba Masanobu has created an increasingly impressive bento box year after year.
This year features a two-tiered bento designed for individual enjoyment. The upper tier presents a dazzling array of 12 meticulously prepared appetizers, including seasonal clams and bamboo shoots, rich sea urchin tofu, and a novel taro croquette, each crafted with great care and ingenuity by the chefs.
The lower tier is a treasure trove of delicacies, featuring "Tender Braised Pork," slowly simmered in a miso paste enriched with Daitokuji natto to bring out its natural flavors, and "Tai Meshi," where sakura sea bream, marinated in kelp, is cooked to fluffy perfection with rice infused with sea bream broth.
Conrad Tokyo's signature bento, boasting vibrant spring colors and meticulously perfected individual flavors. With a limited availability of just 5 per day, this rare and luxurious bento offers a chance to savor exquisite tastes while admiring the beautiful cherry blossoms and embracing the gentle arrival of spring.
