CRAFT SAKE WEEK at ROPPONGI HILLS 2018
The "CRAFT SAKE WEEK" event, where you can savor sake and food, is being held in Roppongi. 110 breweries selected by Hidetoshi Nakata will gather in one place. The event runs from Friday, April 20 to Monday, April 30, 2018.

11 Days to Enjoy Sake and Food
"CRAFT SAKE WEEK" is a "SAKE" event where carefully selected breweries, chosen by Hidetoshi Nakata, gather, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the charms of Japanese sake.
Produced by JAPAN CRAFT SAKE COMPANY, led by Nakata, who has visited over 300 breweries nationwide to learn about high-quality sake, the event was first held in 2016.
During the event, breweries curated according to a daily theme will exhibit and serve sake, with the aim of encouraging visitors to "enjoy Japanese sake as a part of Japanese culture."
This year, breweries were selected based on the concept of "regionality," with breweries from all 47 prefectures, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, gathering together. Visitors can enjoy the differences in taste while appreciating the distinct climates of each region.
In addition to sake, restaurants selected by Nakata will also be present, making it an event where you can fully enjoy food. To help people realize that "sake pairs well with cuisines other than Japanese," a total of 15 restaurants offering various genres will participate. The restaurants will differ over the 10 days, with 5 participating in the first half, 5 in the second half, and a different set on the final day.
