Champagne "Ice Impérial," Perfected with Ice

The "Sapporo Snow Festival" is a winter celebration in Sapporo, now in its 68th year in 2017. It is one of Japan's three major snow festivals, alongside the Tokamachi Snow Festival in Niigata Prefecture and the Minamiuonuma City Snow Festival.

To commemorate the 130th anniversary of the Hokkaido Shimbun Press and the 60th anniversary of the Sapporo TV Tower in 2017, an "Anniversary Celebration" will be held concurrently with the Sapporo Snow Festival.

To celebrate this historic anniversary, Moët & Chandon will open a limited-time pop-up lounge, "MOËT ICE LOUNGE," on the first floor of the Sapporo TV Tower.

Here, guests can enjoy food pairings by YOSHIMI, a company with cafes and restaurants nationwide primarily in Hokkaido, along with "Ice Impérial" champagne, best enjoyed with ice, and Moët & Chandon's flagship "Moët Impérial."

"Ice Impérial," with its elegant effervescence infused with the coolness of ice, will add a touch of glamour to the snow festival's fantastical white landscape.


Additionally, the 3rd-floor rooftop of the TV Tower will be specially opened for the "Anniversary Sky Terrace," offering panoramic views of the Sapporo Snow Festival nightscape. Moët & Chandon will also be available for purchase here.
