An Exquisite Pairing with Delicate Sushi
Established in 1729 and hailed as "the jewel of Champagne," Ruinart is the world's oldest Champagne house. The maison meticulously selects superior grapes and utilizes the Crayères—former Gallo-Roman chalk quarries with ideal constant temperature and humidity for aging. Its refined taste, born from traditional methods and long years of maturation, continues to captivate many.
Ruinart Champagne is primarily made from Chardonnay, offering a crisp citrus profile complemented by rounded aromas of flowers and peaches, creating a profound depth of flavor.
Ruinart will be featured in the "Sushi and Champagne Gala Lounge Menu," a special gala dinner course offered at the Rooftop Bar of Andaz Tokyo.
Guests can enjoy unlimited pours of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, which fully expresses the character of Chardonnay, and Ruinart Rosé. The menu also includes pairings with Art de Ruinart, available only in select locations in Japan, and the prestige cuvée Dom Ruinart.
The Champagne is a perfect match for delicate sushi, where the chef's unique flavors are expressed while highlighting the ingredients' natural taste. It promises to add a brilliant touch to your New Year's Eve celebration.
