Expert Advice for Your Ideal Wine Selection
For home parties, gifts, or any occasion, choosing the right wine from the vast array of options can be daunting for many. This service connects users with dedicated, experienced wine advisors and sommeliers who offer direct phone consultations to help find that perfect bottle. The process is simple, eliminating the need to visit a specialty store. Simply navigate to a wine product page and enter your phone number on the screen.

Within minutes, an Amazon Sommelier will call you back to begin a consultation tailored to your needs. After the call, you'll receive an email with a selection of recommended wines and their URLs. Once ordered, the wine is delivered directly to your door, saving you the hassle of carrying heavy bottles. It's a precise service designed to meet individual needs and lifestyles.
How to Use
① On the wine product page, click the link that says, "Enter your phone number on the next screen, and your phone will ring." *During service hours.
② Enter your phone number (requires prior account login).
③ An Amazon Sommelier will call the phone number you provided. They will suggest wines based on your situation, the food you plan to pair them with, or the recipient of a gift. You will then receive an email with a list of recommended wines.
④ Purchase your chosen wine from the Amazon Wine Store.
*Service hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
The press conference announcing the service featured a talk show with Hiroshi Ishida, a sommelier selected as the Asia-Oceania representative for the 2016 World's Best Sommelier Competition, and Moe Oshikiri, a model and wine expert.
