Featuring Gins Not Available in Japan. Gin & Tonics You Can Only Drink Here

Tonic water "Fever-Tree," meaning "cinchona tree" in English, has captivated many cocktail fans since its launch in its production country, the UK, in 2005. It uses natural, high-quality ingredients, and its unique bitterness, extracted from cinchona bark, is a perfect match for gin. Furthermore, its subtle sweetness, with no artificial sweeteners, flavorings, or additives, is one of the reasons it is supported in 53 countries worldwide.

This pop-up bar, using "Fever-Tree," features 14 types of gin, including four products from Europe that are not yet available in Japan. You can enjoy a variety of gin and tonic flavors through free combinations, as well as five original gin and tonic cocktails created by Manager of Bar, Sachiyo Kurihara.

A wide selection of Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo's original snacks will also be available. Enjoy "British snacks" that are a perfect match for the original drinks, such as fish and chips made with ayu (sweetfish).

Additionally, on September 17 (Thursday), a gin master seminar will be held by spirits critic Dave Broom (reservations required). This will be an excellent opportunity to not only taste but also learn about the history of gin and tonic and how to make it deliciously.
