Featuring Wagyu, Tsukune, and Special Burgers Exclusive to Japan
Bareburger was founded in 2009 and is a hamburger shop that currently operates organic burger restaurants primarily in North America. It is characterized by its commitment to safe ingredients, pursuing eco-friendliness with meat and dairy products from naturally raised animals, pesticide-free vegetables grown with organic fertilizer, and buns without preservatives.
The restaurant was consecutively ranked in "New York's Top 10 Hamburgers" by the US restaurant guide 'Zagat' from 2011 to 2014, and received high praise in the Michelin Guide New York as a "renowned establishment that prioritizes environmental consideration." This year, they formed a partnership with Tomorrowland aiming for their Japan launch.
The main hamburger menu features 13 varieties. In addition to classic beef, chicken, and turkey, the menu includes the Japanese-exclusive Kuroge Wagyu Premium Burger and Tsukune Burger. For vegetarians, they also offer hamburgers made with tofu and mixed beans.
In addition, they offer a diverse lineup including side dishes such as french fries, two types of kids' menus, and four types of shakes that are very popular in NY. Bareburger original merchandise will also be sold in-store.
