"Nordic Courier" sets sail with a focus on an interactive and user-friendly approach. Nordic-style design and aesthetics are highly popular in Japan, and there's often a shared sense of values, which inspired the creation of this magazine to deliver the "now" of the region. Featuring unique content curated by editors based in the Nordics, including Editor-in-Chief Annbritt Elvin Anahsen, the magazine plans to explore the innovations of Nordic culture.

It serves as the sole link for introducing Nordic lifestyles directly from the region, transmitting cutting-edge information on interiors, design, food, culture, travel, architecture, and more to Japan. Its mission is to deliver deep, unique insights that set it apart from other publications, all from a distinctly local viewpoint.

To commemorate its launch, a pop-up store is open at Isetan Shinjuku until Tuesday, July 15. Five iPads are installed within the venue of the Nordic fair "Nordic Hybrid Style – Nordic Design Past & Present CLASSIC & NOW!" currently being held on the same floor, offering visitors a chance to "preview" the inaugural issue.

"Nordic Courier" promises to bridge the 8,000-kilometer gap between the Nordic countries and Japan in an instant. This marks the birth of a new social media community showcasing the vibrant essence of the Nordics.
