The "Takarazuka Revue" LESLIE KEE Photo Exhibition features portraits of top stars from the Takarazuka Revue, captured by photographer Leslie Kee. It will be held at BARNEYS NEW YORK Kobe Store from Saturday, March 21st to Sunday, April 5th.

Leslie Kee to Appear for Talk Show and Limited Edition Book Release
Leslie Kee, a photographer trusted by numerous designers and artists and active on the international stage, presents an exhibition celebrating the world of the Takarazuka Revue, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2014 and has evolved uniquely. The exhibition will unfold at BARNEYS NEW YORK Kobe Store, marking its 5th anniversary.
The photographs on display are a collection of cover and feature portraits that Leslie Kee shot for "Kageki," the monthly information magazine for Takarazuka Revue fans, between 2010 and 2014. These images are featured in the photo book "Kageki 2010-2014 by LESLIE KEE – 100th Takarazuka Revue –," released in January. Following the photo exhibition held in Roppongi in January, this marks its first appearance in the Kansai region.
The venue showcases a stunning array of fashionable photographs of top stars such as Yu Todoroki, Reon Yuzuki, Masaki Ryu, Seina Sagiri, and Rio Asumi. Furthermore, until Sunday, April 5th, in anticipation of the photo exhibition, the signature window display at BARNEYS NEW YORK Kobe Store has been transformed into a special edition inspired by the exhibition. It is a collaboration between Leslie Kee and Katsuhiko Taniguchi, the Creative Director of BARNEYS NEW YORK.
On Saturday, March 28th, during the exhibition period, a talk event with Leslie Kee will be held. He will share anecdotes from his approximately five-year project shooting for "Kageki" and his thoughts on the Takarazuka Revue. A book signing will also take place for those who purchase the photo book on the day. Additionally, a limited quantity of photo books previously released by Leslie Kee, which are rarely available in the Kansai region, will be sold at the venue.
