Portrait Exhibition "Mabataki" Held
Fashion brand "mother" celebrates its 10th anniversary. To commemorate this, a portrait exhibition titled "Mabataki" (Blink) is being held at IDOL in Aoyama, featuring photographs by designer eri that capture the essence of Tokyo's current scene, a medium she has long cherished.

Designer eri's First Photography Exhibition
"Mabataki" showcases approximately 60 portraits that naturally express the "now" of the "Tokyo scene" built over the past decade by eri, the designer behind fashion brand "mother" and accessory brand "VTOPIA," alongside her peers.
As a special event during the exhibition, the IDOL cafe space in Minami Aoyama will offer lemon pasta and sweets, inspired by the lemon motif, a key element of mother's Spring/Summer 2014 collection, as a collaboration project. These will be served on custom tableware.
