This pop-up restaurant is a collaboration between Gorillag, a company known for its unique events at museums and galleries worldwide, and IMA magazine, which proposes new ways to enjoy photography under the theme "LIVING WITH PHOTOGRAPHY."

Pop-up restaurants have recently emerged as a new trend in London's nightlife, spearheaded by "The Art of Dining," a unit formed by chef Ellen Parr, Martin Parr's daughter, and interior coordinator Alice Hodge. This marks their first visit to Japan. They have created a five-course menu that expresses the vibrant colors and distinctive atmosphere of Martin Parr's photographic series "British Food."

Martin Parr's "British Food" series offers a unique blend of sharp satire on Britain and a distinctly pop sensibility. At "SAY CHEESE! The World of Martin Parr in Five Courses," traditional British fare such as fish and chips, baked beans, and donuts—frequently featured in his work—will be artfully reimagined using unexpected ingredients and culinary techniques, all presented with the vibrant colors and distinctive atmosphere characteristic of Parr's photography.

The venue's design, meticulously coordinated by Alice Hodge based on Martin Parr's photographic world, promises an even more immersive entertainment experience. Prepare to have your preconceptions about dining challenged by this playful fusion of culinary artistry and deliciousness. We invite you to savor this unique collaborative dinner, a first for this father-daughter duo.
