Reconstructing Fashion Items as Art

"&Collection" is a lifestyle shop that exhibits and sells art and design works. It proposes enjoying art in daily life, much like changing one's clothes.

By displaying art in a space furnished to evoke a residential setting, the shop aims to foster a sense of familiarity with art and visually communicate how art can enrich everyday life. The furniture displayed alongside the art is also available for purchase.


The highlights include the unique style of reinterpreting "Chanel" logos and "Louis Vuitton" monograms as art. The collection features works by Australian artist Shane Boden, who has created approximately 8,000 pieces over two years and is hailed worldwide as the "Picasso of our time," as well as works by Oliver Gal, whose pieces expressing a glamorous and elegant lifestyle have garnered significant support.

These works are produced using a hand-printing technique called silk screen printing. While the original patterns, such as the "Louis Vuitton" monogram, are the same, each piece created through this method has a unique nuance, making it a one-of-a-kind work.

While their fashionable works are beloved by celebrities worldwide, they are also gaining attention as "accessible art" that can be purchased for around 20,000 yen.
