Tokyo's Metropolis Rendered in 360° Video

The visual installation was created by "Beyond Motion Graphics," an in-house project launched by wowlab. It serves as an experimental platform for designing video from a new perspective, researching "future expressions and future technologies."

"Tokyo Light Odyssey" is a cutting-edge visual work themed around the metropolis of Tokyo, depicting the lights of skyscrapers shrouded in night, neon street signs, and the headlights of trains and passing cars. With a 360° display area far exceeding human peripheral vision and dynamic interaction generated by following the viewer's gaze, it offers an experience that mirrors reality and provides an overwhelming sense of immersion.

The Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival 20th Anniversary Exhibition "New Style New Artist - New Approaches by Artists," which serves as the venue for the presentation of "Tokyo Light Odyssey," will feature works from four artists who are demonstrating new methodologies through the use of technology, alongside introductions to their diverse activities through video and panels. It is a must-see event for experiencing the new era of art.
