All the paintings depict modern bijin-ga, with women as their subjects. You will witness a facet of Mr. Yamamoto's worldview as a painter, expressed through a different method than his clothing design. While oil paintings have been exhibited in his Paris boutiques, these are newly created, authentic oil works.
