The Professor arrives at the venue. As the performance is being filmed today, cameras follow him from his arrival.
Ryuichi Sakamoto Playing The Piano 2009: Two additional performances begin today in Tokyo.
Only two shows remain!
Today's venue is the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall, affectionately known as 'Takemitsu Memorial'.
It's a beautiful hall with a superb acoustic resonance.
Listening from the first, second, or third floor each offers a unique perspective.
Ten lucky guests who purchased 'out of noise' today were invited to the public rehearsal.
The atmosphere during rehearsal is truly captivating. Those attending the main performance will enjoy it twice as much.
And at 7 PM, the main performance begins.
The Professor is incredibly generous today! He performs an impressive 24 songs, the most of the tour!
After 'composition 0919', a series of the Professor's masterpieces emerge, starting with the long-awaited 'tamago'.
'silk endroll' was also performed after a long absence.
The encores today are exceptionally extensive. This is truly delightful.
The palpable excitement in the hall grew with each repeated cry of 'He's playing more! He's playing more!'
The concert concludes with 'aqua'.
Everyone departed looking deeply satisfied and wonderfully happy.
Tomorrow is the grand finale!
I can hardly wait!
