I Fall for a Man's Profile While He's Driving
SuzukiNow that you're driving yourself, has your way of thinking about cars changed at all?
KatsuuraYes, it has! (Laughs) Things like not slamming the door shut. Also, when I ride as a passenger, I tend to turn the car into a karaoke box, playing my favorite songs and singing my heart out (laughs). I've realized how annoying that must be, and I have many regrets (laughs).
SuzukiNo, I think that was fine. Any man who gets bothered by that is too soft (laughs). When you give someone a ride in your car, especially a Porsche, it implies a level of trust. It's a very intimate space. It's like a single woman entering a man's room. — How do you feel about being in the passenger seat of a Porsche?
KatsuuraIt's the best. I find myself falling for a man's profile when he's driving. His focused expression as he controls the speed, the tension in his tightened face. I tell myself, 'This is bad,' but I get drawn in (laughs).
SuzukiTension is important. It's like always wearing a thong.
KatsuuraA thong!! That makes so much sense.
SuzukiThat feeling of always being on edge, like wearing a thong, is good.

Improve Your Driving with ENGINE Driving Lessons
KatsuuraWhat kind of man do you imagine drives a Porsche?
SuzukiThat varies. Some are good family men, while others wish to live stylishly without the desire for a family.
KatsuuraWomen sometimes categorize men based on the cars they drive. An SUV might suggest a family-oriented man who desires a family, while a Porsche implies someone free-spirited and single...
SuzukiIndeed, choosing a two-seater sports car is individualistic, and it feels like you wouldn't want to let anyone else ride in 'my car' (laughs). How do you want to use a car, Katsuura?
KatsuuraRight now, I'd most like to use it to pick someone up from the airport. I want to use it to pick people up. When I arrive at Narita, I want someone to come pick me up.
SuzukiI understand that. A 911 has plenty of space for luggage for one person.
KatsuuraExactly. Porsches really are cool, aren't they?
SuzukiSports cars can't carry many people, they're cramped, not very considerate of others, and are selfish vehicles, but that's their status. It's a statement that says, 'I am selfish.'
KatsuuraYes. That aspect is also appealing.
SuzukiPlease consider joining the ENGINE driving school. It's a lesson that will make you the best driver in Japan. Even beginners become skilled. Just as someone who walks gracefully in high heels looks beautiful, driving a fine car skillfully will undoubtedly make you even more beautiful.
KatsuuraI'd love to! I'll come to Tsukuba next time! Thank you for today.
SuzukiWishing you a wonderful driving life.
