Numerous “doors” to clothing, food, housing, and play
To commemorate URBAN RESEARCH DOORS’ 10th anniversary, the TINY GARDEN FESTIVAL, held last year at MUJI Camp Mura Tsumagoi Campsite in Gunma Prefecture and attracting over 1,000 participants, will hold its second iteration.
The event’s concept is a garden party unfolding in a small backyard. The venue, as last year, is MUJI Camp Mura Tsumagoi Campsite, with the stage set on a plateau at an altitude of 1300m, surrounded by Mount Asama, Mount Azuma, and Mount Kusatsu-Shirane.
The venue will feature not only music but also various workshops. Concierges, positioned beyond diverse “doors” to music, crafts, art, film, sports, and food, will provide attentive guidance to participants.
Ahead of the event, URBAN RESEARCH DOORS commented, “We want to create a festival form where everyone can obtain something small yet tangible, rather than seeking something grand, together with the people we’ve connected with.” Check the homepage below and make the last weekend of August a meaningful one.
