Music from the 1970s-80s and the 21st Century Intersect Across Time and Space

At SuperDeluxe in Nishi-Azabu, "Red Bull Music Academy presents 0g night : \"DO BLOOM IN THE SILENCE\"" will be held. Music critic and DJ Yuzo Agi, who founded the legendary music magazine "Rock Magazine" in 1976 and established Japan's first indie label "Vanity Records" in 1978, has been active in various fields. This one-night-only special event will feature screenings of rare interview footage curated by him, as well as live performances by cutting-edge electronic trackmakers from Osaka and Tokyo.

Particularly noteworthy is the first part, the "Talk Session." Yuzo Agi, who has provocatively unleashed cutting-edge music, will be joined on stage by Kiyonori Muroga, Hajime Umetsu, and Shin Akiyama. Registration is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage those interested to apply.

Additionally, at the event space Shinsekai in Nishi-Azabu, RBMA will host a "loud sound screening" of its feature-length documentary film produced to commemorate its 15th anniversary,"What Difference Does It Make? A Film About Making Music"The film explores the essence of living as a musician and questions about life itself, through interviews with renowned artists. While the film is available for free streaming on the RBMA Japan official website, this is an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in its world within a venue equipped with excellent acoustics.
