Craft Bureau, a unique curated space on the 5th floor of Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs, introduces excellent crafts from around the world. Currently, the space is hosting CRAFT REAL SAMPLING NORDIC 2013, themed "Nordic Design from 50 Years Ago and What to Pair It With Today."

A Wealth of Practical Tabletop Items

CRAFT REAL, an event that began in 2011, is a collaboration between "craft_one," an online store dealing in stylish everyday items, and "ELEPHANT," an Omotesando shop renowned for its selection of Nordic vintage pieces. This, the third iteration, is themed "Nordic Design from 50 Years Ago and What to Pair It With Today."

Vintage pieces by masters such as Erik Höglund, Stig Lindberg, and Kaj Franck are interwoven with contemporary designs by Daphne Laurens, Konstantin Grcic, and Scholten & Baijings, transcending time to establish the unique worldview of "CRAFT REAL."
