'Warm Blue 2013' is organized by 'Get in touch,' a general incorporated association headed by actress Chizuru Azuma. The event aims to create a society where people with developmental disabilities, such as those with audism, can thrive by leveraging their unique characteristics and talents through environmental adjustments. It also seeks to promote the 'beauty of difference' for everyone.
