Admission fees donated to Suzuki Sake Brewery in Fukushima and SORA Fukushima Animal Rescue

This event, "Tohoku Reconstruction Support Charity Event: Rui Yoshida and Friends," was conceived by Rui Yoshida, a painter and writer who cherishes local bars, to encourage attendees to share their thoughts with disaster-affected regions while enjoying drinks together.

For this fifth iteration, admission fees will be donated to Suzuki Sake Brewery, which produced the highly acclaimed "Iwaki Kotobuki" sake in Namie Town, Fukushima, but relocated its operations to Yamagata to continue brewing after the nuclear disaster, and to SORA Fukushima Animal Rescue, an organization that protects abandoned pets in Fukushima and works to ensure their well-being.

With the motto, "All we drinkers can do is drink with joy and laughter," Rui Yoshida will host the event, welcoming guests with deep knowledge of sake for talk sessions. Furthermore, DJs and live performances by Tatsuo Sunaga and Yuhi Komiyama of Hoff Dylan will add to the excitement.

Additionally, sponsors such as Miyazaki Honten, known for "Kinnmiya Shochu," Kikusuizōshū, Hoppy, and Utsunomiya Gyoza Association will provide sake, freshly grilled gyoza, and more. Charity T-shirts from "NMBE PRODUCT," known among connoisseurs, will also be available for purchase.
