The swim space offers a private environment. It is available for a wide range of users to suit their objectives, allowing them to enjoy swimming and walking without concern for being watched or their swimming speed. Within the private pool, lighting can be adjusted to match the user's exercise or mood. Additionally, the water flow can be controlled to suit various purposes, such as athletic training, shaping up, or rehabilitation.

We also offer swim instruction using a motion analysis system favored by national teams and top athletes from around the world, including Japan.

Lessons begin with a consultation. This is to provide instruction tailored to the individual's condition and lifestyle, including their desired duration, objectives, goals, and training frequency. Following this, video is recorded using two cameras to check body position during swimming. Then, a personalized best form is proposed.

Subsequently, the analysis system is used to accumulate data and repeatedly check swimming technique, thereby improving to the correct form. Questions that arise during the lesson are then addressed. This leads to the creation of a detailed personal training plan.

Swimming and underwater walking allow for exercise while relaxing by encountering the water flow, and the water pressure applied to the entire body promotes blood circulation. This provides an effect similar to a massage, which can relieve stress and bring numerous benefits to the body.
