Perfect for the Increasingly Popular Halloween Season

Bartender Shinobu Ishigaki won the All Japan Bartender Skills Competition in 2002, then opened "Bar Ishinohana" in Shibuya in 2003. In 2005, he represented Japan in the IBA-sanctioned World Championships and emerged victorious. He is currently active in various fields, including creating concept cocktails for international art exhibitions.

Three types of special Halloween-limited cocktails have been created by Shinobu Ishigaki. The "Stella Collins" is a cocktail featuring the elegant violet liqueur and refreshing fresh lemon juice. Designed to evoke Stella, the witch who casts spells at night, its key feature is a somewhat dark appearance.



The "Morgana Breeze," based on dry gin, offers a fruity taste combining orange and cranberry juices. It is characterized by its elegant presentation, finished with rose petals.

Also available is the "Witch Soda," allowing you to experience the feeling of being a witch. With an orange flavor based on cassis and blue curaçao, it is easy to drink, and the purple hue and dry ice foam, reminiscent of a witch, will enhance the Halloween season.
