The popular drama 'Gossip Girl,' which began airing on America's CW network in Fall 2007, is celebrating the highly anticipated Season 4 broadcast in Japan this spring with a special exhibition titled 'GOSSIP GIRL Museum' at Seibu Shibuya Store, starting Wednesday, March 28th.

A corner introducing 'Gossip Girl-esque' coordinates

'Gossip Girl,' which depicts the romantic entanglements of students attending an elite private high school in Manhattan's affluent Upper East Side, is an American TV drama series that has garnered explosive popularity, particularly among teenagers, for its glamorous lifestyle and dramatic storyline. In its home country, the US, the series is now in its fifth season, with over a million viewers tuning in each week to follow the unfolding events.

Season 4 (22 episodes) begins airing on Thursday, April 19th, on the international drama channel 'Super! dramaTV.' The season promises thrilling and suspenseful developments, including the revelation of heroine Serena's past, the appearance of a rival for fellow heroine Blair's affections, and the introduction of a mysterious new character.

The 'GOSSIP GIRL Museum,' held at a special venue on the 7th floor of Seibu Shibuya Store's Building A, will primarily feature costumes actually used in Season 4. Under the theme 'Every Day is a PARTY,' the exhibition will display four outfits in Serena's urban, chic style and three in Blair's more girly, ladylike fashion. Additionally, two outfits worn by Jenny, Dan's younger sister, and one by Dan's childhood friend Vanessa will be exhibited. All of these are being shown in Japan for the first time. To recreate the world of 'Gossip Girl,' the exhibition will also screen party scenes from the drama and interviews with the cast, along with a section curated by stylist Kumi Saito, known for her work in fashion magazines, showcasing 'Gossip Girl-esque' coordinates.
