A Beautiful Encounter Between European Porcelain Art and Japanese Traditional Beauty

The historic Tokiwa Hotel has welcomed many literary figures and distinguished guests, notably including the author Masuji Ibuse. Its expansive 3,000-tsubo Japanese garden is particularly acclaimed as one of Japan's finest, offering a sense of authentic Japanese hospitality that evolves with the changing seasons.

The concept for this exhibition is: "When Western art meets Japanese traditional beauty, a unique art space is born." LLADRO's signature masterpieces are displayed throughout the hotel, including the main lobby on the first floor of the West Building, which overlooks the Japanese garden, the first-floor lounge, and guest rooms. The collection features Japanese-inspired works, such as new Hina dolls, as well as May dolls and samurai helmets, all showcasing exceptional craftsmanship that pushes the boundaries of porcelain artistry, harmonizing beautifully with the purely Japanese setting.

To commemorate the "LLADRO Museum in Tokiwa Hotel," the hotel is hosting a Spanish Food Fair at its restaurant. Flamenco shows are also held at the end of each month.
