A New Multi-Space for Free Enjoyment!

By day, the "Cafe Lounge" offers coffee made with carefully selected beans and green smoothies. During lunchtime, a cart vendor sets up in the parking lot for in-cafe dining. Every Tuesday, a natural yeast bakery (by PARADISE ALLEY) appears, and every Friday, a falafel stand (by PAPAGAYA DELI) arrives. By night, it occasionally transforms into a bar and stand, gathering people from various walks of life. On the second Friday night of each month, it becomes "Sugar BAR" by Sugar Boy. This cafe lounge also conveniently offers free Wi-Fi.

The "Artist Box" is a curated collection of works by artists and creators, available for purchase. Beyond art, it's a space to share books, records, and films that have influenced their lives and creative processes.

The "Wall Gallery" is a canvas designed to evoke the emotions of passersby. The blank concrete walls of the building are opened up to artists for regular rotations. The first featured artist is Takao Niikura (http://niikuratakao.com/), a surfer and skater actively engaged in his creative practice.

The "Shop" is a space showcasing items from the fashion brand "AlexanderLeeChang" centered around the theme of "connection." Limited edition items exclusive to this space are also planned.
