A Collection Not to Be Missed by Those in Fashion, Design, and Interiors!
Akira Shimada, a fashion director who also has a regular column on OPENERS. Mr. Shimada, who has remained a lifelong craftsman editor, will exhibit and sell his precious Art Deco collection, gathered over approximately 25 years due to his fascination with objects, at "PASS THE BATON LITTLE PAVILION."
His collection, amassed over more than 20 years, features items that captivated him, including the Sparks-Withington radio "Sparton" by Walter Darwin Teague, rare cocktail glasses, the "CASINO" sign by A.M. Cassandre, known for designing the YSL logo, Ronson's Bartender-design touch-tip lighter, and名品 such as Paul Colin's representative work "VICHY" poster, alongside many good-design, everyday Art Deco items without brands.
