World First! Special Customization for Your Own Unique Piece

For this event, top artisans from Gucci's Italian ateliers will visit Japan. They will demonstrate the traditional and innovative techniques passed down through Gucci's history up close at three locations: The Stage on the 1st floor, Women's Shoes on the 2nd floor, and Center Park/The Stage #3 on the 3rd floor of the main building.

On the 1st floor, The Stage, leather goods will be featured. You can purchase limited edition handbags and wallets, finished on the spot by artisans, including the bi-color "Bamboo Shopper" exclusively available at Isetan Shinjuku. Furthermore, for the first time in the world, a customization service will be offered for the Bamboo Shopper straps and wallet tassels, allowing you to choose color combinations. Your initials can also be embossed, enabling you to order a uniquely personalized item.

At the "Shoe Artisan Corner" on the 2nd floor, Women's Shoes, the production process of the Horsebit loafers will be showcased. A total of seven colors for the Horsebit metal hardware, including a world-first color, will be released.

On the 3rd floor, Center Park/The Stage #3, exclusive handbags and wallets from a collaboration between Japanese traditional craft "Ise Katagami" and "Koshu Inden" will be sold in limited quantities. Artisans have meticulously crafted Koshu Inden leather, featuring the original GG pattern created using Ise Katagami stencils, resulting in a captivating fusion of Italian and Japanese craftsmanship. Additionally, a demonstration of the exquisite and intricate carving techniques of "Ise Katagami," a craft passed down since the Nara period and designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property, will be held.

This event truly recreates a Florentine atelier within Isetan Shinjuku. We invite you to fully experience the Made in Italy craftsmanship that Gucci prides itself on.
