A Partnership to Celebrate an Anniversary Year

BABY-G was born in 1994 as the women's line of G-SHOCK. For the past 20 years, with the concept of "Tough, cool," it has continued to create watches that pursue functionality and fashion to support active women.

BABY-G and Opening Ceremony share a resonance in their ability to maintain their unique styles amidst rapidly changing fashion trends, and in their respective pop sensibilities. After nearly a year of negotiations, a global partnership has been realized. They plan to liven up the anniversary year through various projects.

The first phase of the partnership, the pop-up shop, will feature BABY-G's Spring/Summer 2014 collection. Additionally, a collaboration watch, "BABY-G×OPENING CEREMONY," based on the first-generation BABY-G reissue model "BGD-501" and printed with Opening Ceremony's original graphics, will be exclusively sold at the Omotesando store. The back cover will be engraved with the Opening Ceremony logo and come in an original package with the same pattern. It will be available in three colorways: blue×white, white×black, and yellow×black. Each color will be sold in limited quantities.
