Focused Gazes Express a Powerful Feminine Spirit
This latest campaign was shot by Steven Meisel. A collective of models gaze forward, their eyes projecting a powerful impact. As part of the "In the Art of the Multitude" project, the Spring/Summer 2014 collection unfolds, incorporating visions of femininity, female strength, and diversity as interpreted by contemporary muralists and illustrators.
In the campaign, the models wear dynamic dresses and coats, as well as accessories, adorned with mural prints depicting women's faces. These are complemented by feather headpieces, tube socks embellished with crystals, and elegant handbags crafted from lustrous crocodile and "Saffiano" leather. The styling is characterized by a mix of feminine elements that contrast with the energetic feel of the season's signature pieces.
Additionally, sporty stripes on the necklines and bodices enhance the impact of the team photographs. The interplay of fabric textures, colors, and luxurious details culminates in an otherworldly, artistic wallpaper.
A campaign video has also been produced, capturing the models' movements in a way that blends youthful idealism with an almost radical optimism. It will be released on the brand's official website, alongside behind-the-scenes footage.
