Concept: "NEW STRUCTURE created by the SIMPLE PATTERN"

The concept for this collaborative bag series with DRILL DESIGN, who engage in design while providing comprehensive direction based on product design, is "NEW STRUCTURE created by the SIMPLE PATTERN."

The bag, with its simple yet distinctive presence made from a single piece of fabric, uses a high-quality, extra-thick felt material that is as soft as a wool coat and gently conforms to the body. The result is a unique bag with a distinctive three-dimensional quality.





DRILL DESIGN comments, "What we wanted to achieve is precisely what the CAMPER brand has embodied: 'Rational structure. Striking form. Making the most of materials. And doing so in the simplest way.' We returned to basics, designing as we always do, and like when designing furniture or products, we kept our hands busy, creating nearly 100 models and prototypes to shape the final form. I believe this approach was very product-oriented. And thus, a new bag with a simple, distinctive presence was born. I believe we were able to interpret and express CAMPER's positive philosophy in our own way at DRILL DESIGN. We would be happy if the users of this bag feel a little freer and more positive than they did yesterday."

"CAMPER by DRILL DESIGN" is so light that you don't feel the weight of the material itself, yet it is firm enough to stand on its own and has a calculated shape. Another appealing feature is its transformable design: by folding one of the handles back along the body, one side expands to fit snugly against the body.
