"Jessica's To the Core workout" for Core Strength Starts in January
"NTC" offers ideal workouts anytime, anywhere, with each drill lasting just 15 minutes. To help women with busy lifestyles stay healthy and beautiful, Nike has collaborated with Jessica Michibata, a globally active model known for her participation in triathlons and running, to create two workout programs.
The "Jessica Workout" program, launching in late January, was conceived from the physical conditioning required for Michibata's triathlon participation. It aims to strengthen various muscles needed for different movements in running, cycling, and swimming, while also focusing on core strengthening. By incorporating exercises like rotations, planks, and squats, it targets the abs, hips, lower back, and glutes.
Additionally, the "Jessica Workout" program, scheduled to start in April, draws inspiration from boxing. All movements are functional training exercises designed to work the entire body thoroughly, aiming for a strong and toned physique.
New Shoes and Apparel to Support Comfortable Training and Running Also Released
Nike's latest shoes and apparel to support such training will also be released sequentially from January. The newly redesigned multi-training shoe, "Women's Nike Free TR Fit 3," features an improved sole for enhanced grip, providing flexible movement support. The apparel line includes the "Nike Sphere Thermal," which uses a 3D-structured brushed material to create an air space between the body and clothing for warmth and comfort, along with the spring/summer collection. Check out the digital lookbook (http://nikeinc.com/news/supernatural) for the latest wear!
In February, the "Nike Flyknit Lunar1+" will be released for runners, offering an ultra-lightweight design with a snug fit and comfortable cushioning. Weighing just 225 grams in a size 28 cm, it features a soft and responsive "Lunarlon foam" in the sole, providing stability and comfort during runs.
Winter is the perfect season for training, as it allows you to warm up a cold body. For health, and to prepare for lighter clothing in spring and summer, it's time to start building your body with app-based workouts and the right gear.
