"B Yohji Yamamoto" Expresses a New Facet of Yohji Yamamoto

Yohji Yamamoto has launched a new line, "B Yohji Yamamoto," offering "simple," "unisex," and "sporty" daily wear.

The letter "B" signifies "Black," "Big Silhouette," and "B-side," representing a fresh and light new facet of Yohji Yamamoto, tailored to the lifestyle of the modern woman.




Short blousons made from vintage boa, oversized coats with white stitching, and relaxed-fit graphic t-shirts——these pieces are characterized by their ease of integration into everyday wardrobes. The color palette features simple, modern hues such as black, navy, and ecru.

The first collection, Autumn/Winter 2016-17, will be available starting with an exclusive launch at Hankyu Umeda Main Store on the 3rd floor on June 8th (Wednesday), followed by a nationwide release at Yohji Yamamoto shops (women's) from June 10th (Friday). Additionally, a pop-up shop featuring Yohji Yamamoto women's and men's collections will open at Yokohama Sogo starting June 14th (Tuesday).
